Schools that may be right for me?

Well I just finished my junior year and I'm planning for college. I am interested in industrial design and I would like to go to a small school near a big city I finished my junior year with a gpa of 3.69(on a 4.0 scale) and my ACT Composite score was an 18 (I know that's not very good) next year I plan take physics and trig along with my required classes, also plan take an independent study in art so any opinions would be helpful.
