Scared of alien abduction?

Hi guys, i have read about people on the internet being abducted from their beds while sleepig, they floated through walls, i know myself that with our knowledge this is impossible, but what if they had technology to do this? I have also heard of people getting parallysed by some beam they use. I would be very scared if this happened to me.. I have had some sleepless nights because of this. Could someone please help me with this, can you really be abducted like that please no silly answers i really am serious about this. I heard a story of this couple drivig home and they were abducted, later they reported it to the othorities and they both basically had the same detail about the event could two people really have the same dream? Why in America they have a law if you see a UFO or get abducted you must report it immediately, they wouldn't make this law for nothing. Although i have only hard of this law i don't know if it is true.. Thanks for reading this please be your answer a sensible one.
