Physically speaking, do relationships and information exist, in a material sense?

Feelings and emotions register in the user. Science has pinpointed many centers of the brain that process certain items (blood and airborne) and commit to register emotion or physical reaction from the stimuli. Absent these receptors, people don't process emotions (sociopath behavior). So it's not that relationships and information exist physically, but the reaction to them can be found at it's source generation.
