I'm scared to sleep with the lights off?

Lately i have been having sleep paralysis,so i heard in some cases, it is alien abduction or a demon.Sometimes while i sleep, i feel like I'm being thrown from my bed to the floor, and back on my bed.I sometimes see myself during this state, as if I'm not I'n my body.And i have scary dream,for instance I'n my dream i was possessed causing my facial expression and features to change.(I saw myself)And there was a creature or someone covered I'n a blanket.It had the shape of a human figure and it was sitting down.Should i get spiritual help,i really hope i won't have this when I have my own residence since I am 17 years old.
