I need a special guide for my carrier?

I completed my b-tech course(Mechanical Engg)with only 6.3 gpa . I dont know what to do now , whether to take M-tech or join a job. I am now not interested in M-tech. So Pls suggest me the best method. what are the special courses for mechanical engg s. Pls suggest me the best way as this is a crucial time for my carrier. Also tell me what is the benefit of taking M-tech .
