GPA needed for Oberlin College?

I just finished my freshman year at Michigan State University and I have a cummulative GPA of 3.37 (3.19 first semester, and 3.5 second semester). My high school GPA was 3.7 with an ACT score of 27. My tuition at Oberlin would be free because of my dad’s employment, but I just want to know if they would accept me as a transfer. Any thoughts?
