Any suggestion plans on what to write for a short story on abduction at an advanced level of english ?

Have a mental blank at the moment, trying to think of a plan of what to write for a creative writing assessment, in advanced english. We are to write a short story in around 40mins, based on abduction as far as I know. Our teacher is then to give us the first line of our short story. Any suggestion plans, on some starting points, climax, complication, ending ?
