Will i get a scholarship to Towson University?

I hae a 3.9 gpa on a 4.0 scale and I have a combined score of 1840 on the SAT reasoning test. I have always gotten most A's with a few B and only one C. Do you think i will get a scholarship to Towson University or any universty and how much?
