What is the name of this Alien Abduction show?

It was back in 2003-2004. I believe the show's name was a number. It was about people taken all through out time, than suddenly all were back near a lake. I believe it was in Seattle? I know one of the characters was a little girl from the 20's that was adopted by one of the FBI agents( or some government agency that was watching them). I would like to know the name and what ever happened to the show
