I already work out everyday but Sundays. I do 65 minutes on the elliptical machine on level 6(is that too much) and I do 30 mins of weight training( i.e lifting dumbbells, seated leg press, glutes, chest fly, hip adduction and abduction) for about two months and I haven't dropped any pounds yet. I also changed up my diet, limited my carb amount but increase my protein amount. I used to weigh 180 I now weigh 150 before I went to the gym, I want to get down to the 125-130 lbs range by September.
