UW Madison Admission?

Do you think I would be able to get into Madison if I have a 3.787 gpa and an ACT score of 24? I know my ACT score is weak, but I am planning on taking the test at least 2 more times. I play sports and I am the president of spanish club. Also, i have a lot of volunteering hours. If I am able to raise my score, do you think i would have a chance?
