What are my chances of getting into BYU?

I have about a 3.4 GPA unweighted and a 27 ACT score. Is it possible to get into Idaho with these scores? If I can't get in with these how do I apply for a transfer later?( For Provo, that is) ( I still have my senior year to go and am retaking a few classes to improve my GPA, though!)
