How many calories do I burn at the gym?

30 mins and 575 on the elliptical? You must be going really slow the entire time... most people burn alot less calories then they think. Most people also go to the gym and think they are really getting a good workout and they are not. I only count calories burned on the machines and that's it... anything u do on top of that at the gym is just extra. Also there's no way to tell by how may sets and or reps you do. There are alot of variables. I don't know if your going for weight loss or not but I would do 3 sets increasing weight as I go the on my 4th set lower the weight and do reps till failure
