Dreams that involve extraterrestrials... I feel paralyzed, not sleep paralysis, though.?

Whenever I have dreams involving aliens, I feel a burning sensation all over my body fall onto my hands a knees, and feel extremely scared and often wake up with pee in pants. This happens as soon as I see the alien. Also, all of the events occur in the setting of the dream itself, not in my room like a "hag" or alien abduction. After one of these dreams, I can't fall back asleep and need a light on in the room because I fear for my life. I also look around all the time to make sure that there are no aliens present.
