Could an acerage student get into Boston university?

I know that they're an excellent school, and they are relatively selective, but no Harvard. Do you need to be above average to get in though? I might want to go there, and I consider myself above average but not excellent. (3.4 gpa, lots of extracurriculars, some volunteering, 30 act)
