Sleep Paralysis Can it be?

No. I believe some sleep paralysis is an occurrence where we partially wake up after our spirits have been out of our bodies while we sleep. We don't die but our spirits are believed to be able to travel to the other side (heaven) when we are asleep to visit loved ones and to rejuvenate or wherever else to please. That may also be why some people have such VIVID dreams.The heavy feeling is ourselves coming back into the earths gravity and into our bodies and some people report loud noises which is supposedly from our spirits going back into this "level" or "dimension" so to speak. I have had this happen to me only ONCE and it was while I was very depressed from my fathers death. He had passed 2 weeks before and one night I had this happen (couldn't move, felt like someone was climbing on top of me, heard a loud buzzing noise) and the next morning I felt better. I believe that night I visited him and was comforted and the night before I was experiencing myself "coming back". I do believe in alien abductions but this is just another explanation I have come to believe to be true.
