Dog eaters and dog lovers in China clash. Do these animal right activists face similar threats as HR activists?

Can the CCP arrest them and do as they like? Sure, whats to stop the CCP from doing anything they wish? There is another problem here you did not address, this is the activist. These activist and all the other activist want only the things they believe in and have no regards for anyone else. this puts them in the same position as any group that takes the laws into their own hands, they are criminals the same as anybody who breaks a law. As criminals they should be treated as such and not as activist.
