Don't worry about this dream. It just sounds like you were just having a dream about what you were scared about i.e. aliens. Did you watch, see or think about anything to do with aliens before going to sleep? if so then chances are that that is what caused the rest of the dream. As for all the other things, you were probably doing activities related to them before sleeping, such as talking online or something. Anyway it is much to worry about. Hope this was helpful :)
